Lenard Swanepoel-Trollip is the founder and director of My Care CRM, an innovative Australian software company dedicated to supporting NDIS providers in achieving and maintaining ongoing compliance. With over fifteen years of experience in information technology and systems integration, Lenard brings a unique perspective to the disability services sector, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of the complex regulatory environment of the NDIS.

After emigrating to Australia, Lenard became closely involved in the NDIS through his partner’s work in community support and counselling. Recognising the operational challenges and compliance risks faced by providers, he developed My Care CRM to deliver intelligent automation, robust documentation management, and audit-ready workflows. His focus is on creating solutions that empower providers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while minimising administrative burden.
