"A poet would be overcome by sleep and hunger before being able to describe with words what a painter is able to depict in an instant". This sentence, attributed to Leonardo Da Vinci, may well be applied to photography. So, this photo book has more images than text. I think that too much text would take the attention of the main issue, that is to show the beauty of women through photography. Most of the photo sessions I make have a theme or story behind them. In this case, the theme is "Derrières".
The beauty of the female form is a subject of admiration and appreciation, and the contours of the female buttocks are no exception. Often celebrated in art, culture, and fashion, the natural curves of the buttocks are seen as a symbol of vitality, femininity, and strength. The way the body moves, the way these curves are highlighted through clothing, or simply the inherent softness and firmness, all contribute to the unique beauty of this feature.
