It was the decisive engagement of the Italian War from 1521 to 1526 between the Valois Kingdom of France and the Habsburg empire of Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor and ruler of Spain, Austria, the Netherlands and Two Sicilies. The battle was fought in the Visconti of Mirabello di Pavia park, outside the city walls. In this simulation of the battle of Pavia we are going to test a hypothesis in which the French would have strategically taken advantage of their situation in interior lines; tactically had established in a safe place both in the internal perimeter - in front of the city - and in the external perimeter - the accesses to Pavia (note: as we saw Caesar in our book “Alesia”); and, technically, to have planned and trained the necessary coordination between the various defensive forces.
