All states of the League of Nations, established in June 1919, were required to submit complaints to arbitration or judicial inquiry before entering into war. At the last session of the League of Nations Assembly in 1946, one of the speeches noted: “We know that the World War began in Manchuria 15 years ago... Manchuria, Abyssinia, and Munich have killed another great illusion, the belief that appeasement, the pursuit of national interest at the expense of others, individual action, and secret agreements could bring us peace”. In developing the simulation of this war, I will use a combination of the boardgames “A World at War” by GMT Games, “Invasão da Polônia” and “Campanha da França” by SBR.
