In the course of only a few days, various women die in Lisbon. Cause of death: a single stab to the chest, conducted with extreme precision. The only thing all those death cases seem to have in common: all the women had, immediately before their death, been asked for the time by their killer. Chief Superintendent Carina Andreia da Cunha and her team are facing a mystery - and are getting under time pressure as the murders continue.
When Carina, with the help of her colleague Bruno, makes the acquaintance of the German Christian Brandtstetter, they seem to make some progress. Christian whisks Carina into a world completely alien to her, but is getting her closer to the killer. However, it looks like the German also has the one or other thing to hide... Just too bad when suddenly also feelings come into the game...

A quick, wisecracking tongue, authentic descriptions of the locations and many hidden hints invite the reader to explore the beautiful city on the banks of the river Tejo with the book in their hands.
In preparation: “In The Shadow Of Santa Justa – The Shepherd Is My Lord”
“Santa Justa” is the commonly used name for one of the most striking landmarks of Lisbon, the “Elevador do Carmo”, designed by Raoul Mesnier de Ponsard, a disciple of Alexandre Gustave Eiffel.
